Skin changes are common and may result from aging, sun exposure, infections, irritation, or other medical conditions. While many skin lesions are harmless, others require evaluation to determine whether further treatment or referral is appropriate.
We evaluate common skin concerns including moles, growths, rough spots, warts, skin tags, rashes, and other new or changing skin lesions. During your visit, we discuss whether the lesion appears benign, whether treatment is appropriate in the office, or whether referral to a dermatologist is recommended.
Patients are encouraged to seek medical attention for any mole or skin lesion that changes in size, shape, color, or appearance, or that bleeds, fails to heal, or causes persistent symptoms.
Early evaluation often provides reassurance while ensuring that concerning lesions receive appropriate attention.
