What types of insurance do you NOT accept?

We do not accept new patients for AHCCCS (we only see patients already established). We do not accept Tricare as a primary insurance. We do not accept Ambeter with Healthnet, BCBS Advantage, UHC Compass plan, Cigna Healthspring.
